These data are associated with the paper: "Vapor Pressures of Low- Temperature C2Hx Hydrocarbon Ices" (in press in Icarus). Authors: W.M. Grundy, S.P. Tan, J.K. Steckloff, A.S. Smith, T.M. Lucas, G.E. Lindberg, M.D. Brand, S.C. Tegler, C.L. Thieberger, I.E. Knudsen, and J. Hanley The following files with names starting with "data" contain time-series data from sublimation experiments on three species: C2H2, C2H4, and C2H6. There are 3 types of data. Files with names containing "P_mass_spec_torr" contain partial pressures in Torr for the mass of the molecule being studied (26 Da for C2H2, 28 Da for C2H4, and 30 Da for C2H6). Files with names containing "QCM_freq_Hz" contain quartz crystal microbalance frequencies in Hz. Files with names containing "T_K" contain temperature in K corrected as described in Grundy et al. (2024) (Icarus 410, 115767). The data format is time in hours in the first column followed by the quantity described in the file name and also in the column heading. Each file has distinct sections for deposition and sublimation (sometimes more than one of each) as indicated by text labels. data_C2H2_experiment1_P_mass_spec.txt data_C2H2_experiment1_QCM_freq_Hz.txt data_C2H2_experiment1_T_K.txt data_C2H2_experiment2_P_mass_spec.txt data_C2H2_experiment2_QCM_freq_Hz.txt data_C2H2_experiment2_T_K.txt data_C2H2_experiment3_P_mass_spec.txt data_C2H2_experiment3_QCM_freq_Hz.txt data_C2H2_experiment3_T_K.txt data_C2H4_experiment1_P_mass_spec.txt data_C2H4_experiment1_QCM_freq_Hz.txt data_C2H4_experiment1_T_K.txt data_C2H4_experiment2_P_mass_spec.txt data_C2H4_experiment2_QCM_freq_Hz.txt data_C2H4_experiment2_T_K.txt data_C2H6_experiment1_P_mass_spec.txt data_C2H6_experiment1_QCM_freq_Hz.txt data_C2H6_experiment1_T_K.txt data_C2H6_experiment2_P_mass_spec.txt data_C2H6_experiment2_QCM_freq_Hz.txt data_C2H6_experiment2_T_K.txt The following files with names starting with "fig" contain numerical data plotted in the corresponding figures in the paper. fig01_C2H2_Fray+Schmitt.txt - polynomial from Fray & Schmitt (2009) fig01_C2H2_new_polynomial.txt - our fit using the Fray & Schmitt polynomial, using parameters in Table 2 fig01_C2H2_Tickner+Lossing.txt - data from Tickner & Lossing (1951) fig01_C2H2.txt - our measured temperatures and vapor pressures for C2H2 fig01_C2H4_Fray+Schmitt.txt - polynomial from Fray & Schmitt (2009) fig01_C2H4_Liang.txt - single data point from Liang (1952) fig01_C2H4_new_polynomial.txt - our fit using the Lobo & Ferreira (2001) expression, using parameters in Table 2 fig01_C2H4_Tickner+Lossing.txt - data from Tickner & Lossing (1951) fig01_C2H4.txt - our measured temperatures and vapor pressures for C2H4 fig01_C2H6_Fray+Schmitt.txt - polynomial from Fray & Schmitt (2009) fig01_C2H6_new_polynomial.txt - our fit using the Lobo & Ferreira (2001) expression, using parameters in Table 2 fig01_C2H6_Regnier.txt - data from Regnier (1972) fig01_C2H6.txt - our measured temperatures and vapor pressures for C2H6 fig02_latent_heats.txt - first column is temperature (K), 2nd column is latent heat of sublimation (kJ/mol)
